中国古代选贤任能的历史智慧

【摘要】:中国古代在人才选拔、任用和考核等方面,具有相当完备的制度体系和长久的政治实践。凡是中国历史上稳定繁荣、国力强盛的盛世,都是人才济济、群英荟萃的阶段;反之,一旦人才选任机制不畅,俊彦"匮乏",必然国力衰弱,亡国在即了。
[Abstract]:In ancient China, there was a quite complete system and long-term political practice in the selection, appointment and examination of talents. Any prosperous period of stability and prosperity in Chinese history and a strong national strength is a period of great talent and a gathering of talents. On the contrary, once the talent selection mechanism is not smooth, Junyan's "scarcity" is bound to weaken the national strength and bring the nation to the brink of subjugation.
