底线思维:习近平治国理政的重要方法之一

【摘要】：“底线思维”是马克思主义科学方法之一。党的十八大以来,习近平一直强调运用“底线思维”治国理政,始终保持清醒的头脑,对党和国家事业发展表现出强烈的忧患意识,主动预测各种潜在的风险和挑战,并对各种风险和挑战进行深入的分析和科学的研判,在此基础上找到发生风险的底线,主动采取有效措施和对策,积极有效地防范和化解风险,严守底线,防止最坏情况的出现,努力争取最好的结果。
[Abstract]:Bottom line thinking is one of the scientific methods of Marxism. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, Xi Jinping has always stressed the use of "bottom line thinking" in governing the country, always keeping a clear mind, showing a strong sense of distress about the development of the party and the state, and proactively predicting all kinds of potential risks and challenges. On the basis of in-depth analysis and scientific study of various risks and challenges, we should find the bottom line of the risks, take effective measures and countermeasures, actively and effectively prevent and defuse the risks, and strictly observe the bottom line. Prevent the worst and strive for the best.
