新媒体环境下的反网络暴力对策研究

【摘要】：思想道德建设和科学文化建设是社会主义精神文明建设的主要内容。在信息高速发展的历史条件下,社会主义精神文明建设获得了具有时代特色的创新和发展机会,同时也面临着前所未有的挑战。与网络的结合孕育了网络精神文明建设的新空间、新方式,但在网络精神文明建设的道路上已经出现了很多消极的因素,以其特有的破坏范围和影响力度,对公众的精神世界造成了极大的伤害。及时遏制它的蔓延,保证网络精神文明建设平稳推进,成为社会主义精神文明建设的新课题。网络安全是国家安全问题的重要组成部分,近年来,随着互联网的兴起和普及,网络使用门槛的降低,越来越多的不法分子看中互联网的便捷,隐蔽等特性,利用网络实施犯罪行为,例如:网络病毒,钓鱼网站,网络暴力和电信诈骗等,这些犯罪行为深深的危害着人民的人身,物质财产安全,甚至带来精神领域的影响。只有网民的基本安全得到保障,互联网产业才能得到更加有序繁荣的发展。网络暴力的根源来自于网络的各种特殊属性,但扭曲的发展却开始于自媒体的兴起,其实质是一种利益诱惑,媒体利用好网民对于热点,奇闻的好奇心理就会给自身带来可观的流量利益,但从利益的角度出发仅仅只是探讨网络暴力根源的其中一点。更多的关注点应该放在网络暴力带给人们精神世界的摧残,本文以网络暴力为切入点最终将探讨网络暴力与国民心理健康问题之间的关系,以及推演到精神文明建设道路上的各种难题。以笔者的自身经历,调查研究,查阅资料为基础,对当前网络暴力的现状,所面临的恶化情况,和国外治理网络暴力的成功案例,进行综合分析,结合我国网民基数大的特殊国情,提出适合我国的建议,以达到净化网络环境,完善思想道德建设和科学文化建设的目的。
[Abstract]:Ideological and moral construction and scientific and cultural construction are the main contents of socialist spiritual civilization construction. Under the historical condition of the rapid development of information, the construction of socialist spiritual civilization has obtained the opportunity of innovation and development with the characteristics of the times, at the same time, it is also facing unprecedented challenges. The combination with the network has given birth to a new space and a new way for the construction of the network spiritual civilization. However, many negative factors have emerged on the road of the construction of the network spiritual civilization, with its unique scope of destruction and influence. It has done great harm to the spiritual world of the public. It has become a new subject of socialist spiritual civilization construction to contain its spread in time and ensure the steady progress of the construction of network spiritual civilization. Network security is an important part of the national security problem. In recent years, with the rise and popularization of the Internet and the lowering of the threshold of network use, more and more lawbreakers are interested in the convenience and concealment of the Internet. The use of the network to commit criminal acts, such as: network viruses, fishing websites, network violence and telecommunications fraud, these criminal acts deeply harm the people's personal, material and property security, and even bring spiritual impact. Only the basic safety of Internet users is guaranteed, the Internet industry can get more orderly and prosperous development. The root of network violence comes from various special attributes of the network, but the distorted development begins from the rise of the media, its essence is a kind of benefit temptation, the media makes good use of the netizens to the hot spot, Curiosity will bring considerable traffic benefits to itself, but from the point of view of interest, it is only one of the root causes of network violence. More attention should be paid to the destruction of the spiritual world brought by the network violence. This paper will discuss the relationship between the network violence and the national mental health problems in the end with the network violence as the starting point. As well as deduces to the spiritual civilization construction road each kind of difficult problem. Based on the author's own experience, investigation and research, and consulting data, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of network violence, the worsening situation faced by it, and the successful cases of foreign countries in controlling network violence. According to the special situation of our country's Internet users, this paper puts forward some suggestions suitable for our country, in order to purify the network environment and perfect the ideological and moral construction and the scientific and cultural construction.
