民国时期个案工作研究

【摘要】：民国时期,社会工作经西方引入并得到了一定程度的本土化和专业化发展。在专业方法领域,个案工作属于应用较早并且较为成熟的方法之一。与西方经验一致,民国时期个案工作最早运用于医院和社会救养机构中,其产生和发展的历程集中体现了本土社会工作在当时的历史演进。本文共分为五部分:第一部分为绪论,指出了本文的研究背景以及对民国个案工作研究的理论和现实意义。从社会工作学科史的角度出发,已有研究缺乏民国时期社会工作的历史梳理,该时期个案工作的研究有助于丰富此类研究。第二部分整理了已有资料,简述了民国时期个案工作的引入。第三部分讨论了民国时期个案工作的专业教育,包括高校的课程和专业实务人才的教育和培养。第四部分介绍了民国时期个案工作实务突出表现,如医务、儿童等方面。第五部分简要评价了民国时期个案工作意义以及当代启示。民国时期的个案社会工作与国外相比基本上是同步的。通过对民国时期个案工作的研究,为给当代社会工作的发展提供一个很好的借鉴,对研究民国时期的个案工作也有着重要的意义。
[Abstract]:During the Republic of China, social work was introduced by the West and developed to a certain extent. In the field of professional methods, case work is one of the early and mature methods. Consistent with the western experience, the case work of the Republic of China was first used in hospitals and social institutions, and its emergence and development reflected the historical evolution of local social work at that time. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, pointing out the research background and the theoretical and practical significance of the case study in the Republic of China. From the point of view of the history of social work, there is a lack of historical combing of social work in the period of the Republic of China. The second part summarizes the existing data and the introduction of case work in the period of the Republic of China. The third part discusses the professional education of case work in the period of the Republic of China, including the education and training of curriculum and professional talents in colleges and universities. The fourth part introduces the outstanding performance of case work during the Republic of China, such as medical, children and so on. The fifth part briefly evaluates the significance of the case work in the period of the Republic of China and the contemporary enlightenment. The case social work of the Republic of China was basically synchronized with that of foreign countries. Through the study of case work in the period of the Republic of China, it provides a good reference for the development of contemporary social work, and is also of great significance to the study of the case work of the period of the Republic of China.
