当前我国大众政治诉求的新特点

【摘要】：政治诉求是人民群众在经济社会生活中的政治价值表达,社会形势的发展变化必然会对人民群众的政治诉求产生广泛而深远的影响。当前我国大众政治诉求的新特点表现为:一是诉求主体多元化,可以分为工人阶层、农民阶层、知识分子和新型社会阶层的政治诉求;二是诉求内容复合化,表现为经济诉求与政治诉求、社会诉求与政治诉求、法律诉求与政治诉求的内容交织;三是诉求行为复杂化,表现在群众对切实利益问题诉求强烈、群众对相关法律政策缺乏理解、有关部门对政治诉求的分流处置不合理;四是诉求方式多样化,表现为传统政治诉求地位稳固、网络政治诉求作用凸显和非理性政治诉求不容小觑三个方面。
[Abstract]:The political appeal is the political value expression of the people in the economic and social life. The development and change of the social situation will inevitably have a wide and far-reaching influence on the political demands of the people. At present, the new characteristics of the popular political demands in China are as follows: first, the main body of the appeal is diversified, which can be divided into the political demands of the workers, the peasants, the intellectuals and the new social strata; the second is the compound content of the demands. They are expressed as economic and political demands, social and political demands, and the contents of legal and political demands are intertwined; third, the demands are complicated, which are manifested in the strong demands of the masses for practical interests. The masses lack understanding of the relevant laws and policies, and the distribution and handling of political demands by the relevant departments is unreasonable; fourthly, the way of appeal is diversified, which is manifested by the stable position of the traditional political demands. The role of network political appeal and irrational political appeal can not be underestimated in three aspects.
