试论习近平治国理政思想的内在逻辑格局:合规律性与合目的性的统一

【摘要】：作为21世纪中国马克思主义的理论成果,习近平的治国理政思想是一个内涵丰富、特色鲜明、严谨科学的理论体系,其内在逻辑格局是合规律性与合目的性的有机统一。它是科学社会主义在中国的当代表达与具体形态,必然符合社会主义发展的趋势性;是对当代中国现实问题的关照回应与总结反思,有效体现经济社会发展的规律性;是对党在实践中所形成工作经验的历史性继承与时代化创新,正确反映共产党执政的规律性。习近平治国理政思想的核心追求、基本原则与价值旨归分别是实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标与中国梦;促进社会公平正义,实现共同富裕;维护人民根本利益,推动人的自由而全面发展。我们要在合规律性与合目的性的有机统一中,突出人民主体地位,加强党的领导,处理好目的与手段的辩证关系,持续提升中国特色社会主义伟大事业的发展境界。
[Abstract]:As the theoretical achievement of Chinese Marxism in the 21st century, Xi Jinping's thought of governing the country and politics is a theoretical system with rich connotation, distinctive characteristics and rigorous science. Its internal logical pattern is an organic unity of regularity and purpose. It is the contemporary expression and concrete form of scientific socialism in China, which is bound to conform to the trend of socialist development, and it is the reflection and reflection on the practical problems in contemporary China, which effectively reflects the regularity of economic and social development. It is the historical inheritance and epochal innovation of the working experience formed by the Party in practice and correctly reflects the regularity of the Communist Party in power. The core pursuit of Xi Jinping's thought of governing and managing is to realize "two hundred years" goal and Chinese Dream, to promote social fairness and justice, to realize common prosperity, to safeguard the fundamental interests of the people. To promote the free and all-round development of human beings. In the organic unity of regularity and purpose, we should highlight the main position of the people, strengthen the leadership of the Party, handle the dialectical relationship between ends and means, and continuously promote the development state of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
