习近平互联网思维视域下网络意识形态治理研究

【摘要】：互联网在改变社会生产生活方式的同时,影响着世界政治格局,给国家治理和社会管理带来了新挑战,要求国家深刻认识互联网的重要性并制定出相应的战略规划与部署。习近平总书记高度重视互联网的建设与发展,站在国家战略高度,深刻分析时代特点、立足于全球视野以及国内发展现状,提出了一系列互联网安全与发展的新观点、新论断、新原则和新要求,形成了习近平互联网思维理论。当今世界正处于互联网浪潮中,从意识形态总体态势来看,互联网已经成为意识形态斗争的工具与主战场,各国争相占领网络思想宣传领地。当前我国面临西方意识形态网络渗透、多元文化冲击主流意识形态领导地位等威胁,因此做好新形势下意识形态治理工作,维护主流意识形态领导地位十分具有必要性和重要性。网络意识形态是网络时代意识形态的新形式,具有其特殊性和复杂性,传统的意识形态工作方法已经不能满足新时代新问题的要求,亟待寻求意识形态治理工作的新理论、新方法。习近平互联网思维在网络意识形态治理实践中能够发挥有效的指导作用,不仅能够创新网络意识形态治理的形式与方法,促进网络意识形态治理理念的更新与发展,还能够拓宽网络意识形态治理的视野与场域,有效提高网络意识形态治理效率与水平,以解决网络意识形态治理面临的严峻挑战。
[Abstract]:The Internet not only changes the way of social production and life, but also influences the world political pattern and brings new challenges to national governance and social management. It requires the country to deeply understand the importance of the Internet and to formulate the corresponding strategic planning and deployment. General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the construction and development of the Internet, stands at the height of national strategy, deeply analyzes the characteristics of the times, bases himself on the global vision and the present situation of domestic development, and puts forward a series of new viewpoints and judgments on Internet security and development. New principles and new requirements form the Xi Jinping Internet thinking theory. Nowadays, the world is in the tide of Internet. From the general situation of ideology, the Internet has become the tool and main battlefield of ideological struggle, and countries are scrambling to occupy the territory of Internet ideological propaganda. At present, our country is facing threats such as the penetration of Western ideological networks and the impact of multiculturalism on mainstream ideological leadership. Therefore, we should do a good job in ideological governance under the new situation. It is necessary and important to maintain the leading position of mainstream ideology. The network ideology is a new form of ideology in the network age, which has its particularity and complexity. The traditional ideological working method can no longer meet the requirements of the new era and new problems, so it is urgent to seek a new theory of ideological governance. New method Xi Jinping Internet thinking can play an effective guiding role in the practice of network ideology governance. It can not only innovate the forms and methods of network ideology governance, but also promote the renewal and development of network ideology governance concept. It can also broaden the field of vision and field of network ideology governance, effectively improve the efficiency and level of network ideology governance, in order to solve the severe challenges faced by network ideology governance.
