【摘要】：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记对政协民主监督职能建设提出了一系列新思想、新要求:监督要动真格的、要真监督,共产党容得下尖锐批评,民主监督要密切配合党和国家的中心工作和重点工作,要健全完善民主监督制度和机制。监督的目的是帮助党和政府改进工作等,对新形势下做好政协民主监督工作具有重大指导意义。
