【摘要】：从民族独立、人民解放的伟大追求,到解放和发展生产力的根本任务,再到共享改革发展成果的本质要求,中国共产党人"以人民为中心"的价值立场和终极关切始终不渝,与马克思主义发展观、马克思主义人民主体观一脉相承。"以人民为中心"的发展思想是马克思主义发展观的最新理论成果,是中国共产党领导中国革命、建设和改革发展的历史经验的总结,是新的历史时期特别是党的十八大以来中国共产党人不忘初心、继续前进的时代要求,也是贯穿"十三五"期间"五大发展理念"的一根红线。习近平总书记提出的"发展为了人民,发展依靠人民,发展成果由人民共享",体现了目的、过程、结果的有机统一,是新一届中央领导集体从获得感和幸福感层面对"以人民为中心"的深刻理解和庄严承诺。
[Abstract]:From the great pursuit of national independence and the people's liberation to the fundamental task of liberating and developing the productive forces, and to the essential requirement of sharing the fruits of reform and development, the value stand and ultimate concern of the Chinese Communists "taking the people as the center" will remain unswerving. And the Marxist concept of development, Marxist people's concept of subjectivity in the same vein. " The idea of people-centered development is the latest theoretical achievement of the Marxist concept of development and a summary of the historical experience of the Communist Party of China in leading the Chinese revolution, construction and reform and development. This is a new historical period, especially since the 18th National Congress of the Party, in which the Chinese Communists have not forgotten their original ideals and aspirations, and are also a red line running through the "five Great Development Concepts" during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. General Secretary Xi Jinping's proposal of "Development for the people, development depends on the people, and the fruits of development are shared by the people" embodies the organic unity of purpose, process, and result. It is the profound understanding and solemn commitment of the new central leadership group to the "people as the center" from the aspect of acquisition and happiness.
