习近平民生思想的价值意蕴与理论创新

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记立足中国社会主义初级阶段的基本国情,系统论述了保障和改善民生的目标任务、基本思路和原则要求,形成了一系列有关民生发展和民生建设的新思想、新观点、新论断。习近平民生思想有着深厚的理论来源和实践基础,是当代马克思主义中国化的最新成果,是中国共产党历代领导集体民生智慧的最高升华,是中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分。习近平民生思想具有独特的价值意蕴,它展现了中国共产党"立党为公、执政为民"的本质要求,体现了社会主义制度的优越性和感召力,实现了民生建设与"中国梦"的双向建构。习近平民生思想致力于以发展之实富民、以创新之举利民、以公平之观为民,逐步形成了"大民生观"的崭新理论体系,不仅赋予民生建设新的内涵,也成为推动我国民生发展不断取得新突破的有效理论指导和强大思想武器。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping, based on the basic national conditions of the primary stage of socialism in China, has systematically expounded the objectives, tasks, basic ideas and principle requirements for ensuring and improving the people's livelihood. Formed a series of new ideas, new viewpoints and new judgments on the development and construction of people's livelihood. Xi Jinping's thought on people's livelihood has a profound theoretical source and practical foundation, is the latest achievement of contemporary Marxism in China, and is the highest sublimation of the wisdom of the people's livelihood of the collective leadership of the Communist Party of China in successive dynasties. Socialism with Chinese characteristics is an important part of the theoretical system. Xi Jinping's thought of people's livelihood has unique value implication. It shows the essential requirement of the Communist Party of China "to establish the party for the public and to govern for the people", and embodies the superiority and inspiration of the socialist system. The two-way construction of people's livelihood and Chinese Dream has been realized. Xi Jinping's thought of people's livelihood is devoted to enriching the people with development, benefiting the people through innovation and taking the view of fairness as the people. It has gradually formed a new theoretical system of "the great people's livelihood", which not only endows the construction of people's livelihood with new connotations. It has also become an effective theoretical guide and a powerful ideological weapon to promote the development of people's livelihood in China.
