试析以色列对巴解组织的强制性权力关系及其建构作用

【摘要】：巴勒斯坦问题作为中东问题的核心,始终是国际社会的热点之一。经过对历史的梳理与观察不难发现,巴以冲突的双方立场变化的趋势有很大不同。以色列不断通过军事力量为主的各种方式约束并改变对手的行为以贯彻其权力意志;而巴解组织在斗争过程中却经历了从武装冲突到缓和,再从缓和到和解的过程,其立场发生了明显的松动和转变。因此,对于以色列强权政治与巴解组织立场演变之间是否存在联系、如果存在这种联系是如何发生的等问题的分析和探讨是有必要的。本文以以色列的强制性权力与巴解组织立场演变之间的关系作为研究议题,从权力建构主义的视角对其加以分析。论文第一章对权力建构主义进行界定和梳理;第二章至第五章则利用权力建构主义的理论框架具体分析在1964年至2002年阿拉法特执政期间,以色列对巴解组织的强制性权力关系如何一步步建构和重塑巴解组织的立场,对巴解组织立场发生变化的各个阶段、强制性权力的建立和持续、以及强制性权力关系向相应规范的转化进行细致分析;最后得出结论,以色列的强制性权力重构了巴解组织的认同,从而导致了巴解组织立场的后退。
[Abstract]:As the core of the Middle East issue, the question of Palestine has always been one of the hot spots in the international community. Through the historical review and observation, it is not difficult to find that the changing trend of the positions of the two sides in the Palestine-Israel conflict is very different. Israel has constantly restricted and changed the behaviour of its opponents through various means dominated by military force in order to carry out its will to power, while the PLO has experienced a process from armed conflict to detente and from detente to reconciliation in the course of its struggle. Its position had obviously loosened and changed. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and explore whether there is a link between Israeli power politics and the evolution of PLO position, and how such a link occurs. This paper focuses on the relationship between Israel's coercive power and the evolution of PLO's position, and analyzes it from the perspective of power constructivism. The first chapter defines and combs power constructivism, and the second to fifth chapters use the theoretical framework of power constructivism to analyze Arafat from 1964 to 2002. How does Israel construct and reshape the PLO's position step by step towards the PLO's coercive power relationship, and at all stages of the change of the PLO's position, the establishment and continuation of the coercive power, Finally, the conclusion is drawn that Israel's compulsory power reconstructs the PLO's identity, which leads to the retreat of PLO's position.
