金州新区社区教育工作现状调查研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济社会的快速发展,社区教育工作在全民终身学习中和构建和谐社会中的现实作用越来越受到社会各界和政府职能部门的关注。社区教育是指利用各种教育资源的开发并以社区的所有成员为对象,目的在于提高成员的生活质量和素质,为进一步促进成员的全面发展和可持续发展的一种社区教育活动。金州新区的社区教育发展势头较好,取得了很多优异的成绩。同时,由于规章制度的缺失,社区居民对社区教育认同度不高,社区教育专职工作人员较少以及知识结构和能力难以适应新形势下社区教育的发展等问题,严重限制了金州新区社区教育的发展。为此,本文通过调查金州新区社区教育工作现状,研究了金州新区社区教育工作的总体概况,深入分析金州新区社区教育工作存在的问题以及成因,并提出相应对策和建议。 首先,本文采取问卷调查方法和访谈调查法,对金州新区社区教育工作调查问卷进行设计,发放300份问卷,回收有效问卷280份,用Excel和SPSS19.0软件对数据进行分析; 其次,通过调查结果分析,发现金州新区社区教育工作主要存在公众对社区教育的认识程度普遍偏低、社会教育课程设置不科学内容单一、社区教育教师队伍不健全、教育者素质偏低、社区教育活动满意度较低、教育资源供给不足等问题。 最后,从完善社区教育政策法规、加强社区教育体制建设、健全社区教育监督保障机制等方面提出金州新区社区教育工作的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and society, the practical role of community education in lifelong learning and building a harmonious society has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life and government functional departments. Community education refers to the development of all kinds of educational resources and the object of all members of the community. The purpose of community education is to improve the life of the members. Living quality and quality, to further promote the overall development and sustainable development of the members of a community education activities. The development of community education in Jinzhou new area has achieved good momentum and achieved a lot of outstanding achievements. At the same time, because of the lack of rules and regulations, community residents' identity to community education is not high, and the full-time staff of community education are less. And the knowledge structure and ability are difficult to adapt to the development of community education in the new situation, which seriously restricts the development of community education in the new area of Jinzhou. This paper, through the investigation of the present situation of community education in Jinzhou new area, studies the general situation of community education in the new Jinzhou new area, and deeply analyzes the existence of community education in the new Jinzhou new area. The problems and the causes are given, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
First, the questionnaire survey method and interview survey method were adopted to design the questionnaire of community education work in Jinzhou new area. 300 questionnaires were issued, 280 valid questionnaires were collected, and the data were analyzed with Excel and SPSS19.0 software.
Secondly, through the analysis of the results of the investigation, it is found that the community education in Jinzhou new area mainly exists in the general public awareness of the community education, the unscientific content of the social education curriculum is unitary, the community education teachers are not sound, the quality of the educators is low, the satisfaction of community education activities is low, and the supply of educational resources is insufficient.
Finally, from the improvement of community education policies and regulations, strengthening the construction of community education system, and improving the supervision and guarantee mechanism of community education, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of community education in Jinzhou new area.
