走向共享发展:中国发展正义道路的出场逻辑

【摘要】：党的十五届六中全会提出的"共享发展"新理念是在全面小康决胜期回应人民群众新期盼而提出的新发展正义理念,是对于以往"先富—共富论"和"共享发展成果论"的深化、发展和超越,呈现出中国特色发展正义道路的演进逻辑。围绕从"先富—共富论"经过"共享发展成果论"到"共享发展"的演进逻辑及其相互关系,学界的有关反思出现了包括"对立论""转型论""超越论"等林林总总观点,实质上反映了中国差异性社会各个阶层对以往中国道路与未来中国道路的不同理解。因而,全面、历史而准确理解三者关系,正确把握走向共享发展之途,是科学坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的关键之一。
[Abstract]:The new concept of "shared development" put forward by the sixth Plenary session of the 15th CPC Central Committee is a new concept of development justice in response to the new expectations of the masses during the decisive period of overall well-off society. It is the deepening, developing and surpassing of the theory of "the first rich and the common rich" and "the theory of sharing the fruits of development" in the past, which shows the evolution logic of the just road of development with Chinese characteristics. According to the logic of evolution from "the theory of sharing the fruits of development" to "the theory of shared development" and their mutual relations, the academic circles have come up with a variety of views, including "opposites", "transformation theory" and "transcendence theory", and so on. In essence, it reflects the different understanding of China's road in the past and in the future. Therefore, comprehensive, historical and accurate understanding of the relationship between the three, correctly grasp the path of shared development, is one of the keys to the scientific adherence and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
