【摘要】：政治参与理论在马克思主义民主政治理论中占有重要地位。在社会主义的实践过程中,我国以马克思主义理论为基础并结合中国具体国情将政治参与理论丰富、发展为公民有序政治参与理论。公民有序政治参与是完善政治制度的重要实践经验,是我国民主政治发展的重要标志,从各层次、各领域扩大公民有序政治参与是加快建设我国民主政治的关键环节。保证公民的有序政治参与、充分发扬民主政治对正处于经济转型期和改革攻坚期的我国而言,显得尤为重要。基于此,本文参考了中外学者的相关研究成果,首先介绍了政治参与理论和公民有序政治参与理论以及理论的内涵、特征、类型,通过论述政治参与理论的发展过程,阐明了公民有序政治参与理论与马克思主义政治参与理论的关系。其次分析了我国公民有序政治参与的发展状况、现存的问题,探究了问题产生的原因,最后在马克思主义政治参与理论的指导下,针对我国现阶段存在的问题提出了改善公民有序政治参与的对策和建议。论文的相关论述具有一定的理论和实践意义:以马克思主义政治参与理论为本,丰富和拓展了我国公民有序政治参与的相关理论研究;有利于实现我国公民政治参与的合法、有序发展,培育和提高公民有序政治参与的素质和能力,推进中国民主政治的发展,促进中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的尽快达成。
[Abstract]:The theory of political participation plays an important role in Marxist democratic political theory. In the course of socialist practice, the theory of political participation is enriched and developed into the theory of orderly political participation of citizens on the basis of Marxist theory and combined with the specific conditions of China. Civil orderly political participation is an important practical experience in perfecting political system and an important symbol of democratic political development in China. Expanding civil orderly political participation in all levels and fields is the key link to accelerate the construction of democratic politics in our country. It is particularly important to ensure the orderly political participation of citizens and fully develop democratic politics in China, which is in the period of economic transformation and reform. Based on this, this paper first introduces the theory of political participation and the theory of civil orderly political participation and the connotation, characteristics and types of the theory, and discusses the development process of the theory of political participation by referring to the relevant research results of Chinese and foreign scholars. The relationship between the theory of orderly political participation of citizens and the theory of Marxist political participation is expounded. Secondly, it analyzes the development of orderly political participation of citizens in China, the existing problems, explores the causes of the problems, and finally under the guidance of Marxist theory of political participation, The countermeasures and suggestions to improve citizens' orderly political participation are put forward in view of the problems existing in our country at the present stage. The thesis has some theoretical and practical significance: based on Marxist political participation theory, it enriches and expands the relevant theoretical research on orderly political participation of Chinese citizens, which is conducive to the realization of the legitimacy of civil political participation in our country. Orderly development, cultivate and improve the quality and ability of citizens' orderly political participation, promote the development of China's democratic politics, and promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream as soon as possible.
