构建人类命运共同体与全球治理新格局

【摘要】：当代全球治理一方面在西方自由主义主导下缺乏对集体人权的应有尊重;另一方面在霸权主义主导下肆意践踏各国人民和全人类的集体人权,使全球治理陷入严重困境。构建人类命运共同体对于化解全球治理困境具有重要的启发意义,它要求确立各国人民和全人类的集体人权,要求各国政府对各项集体人权承担共同和相互的义务,通过共建共商共享的集体人权平等原则,打破国家行动选择上的囚徒困境,为国际霸权主义行径设定集体人权的边际约束,实现人类整体利益的最大化。
[Abstract]:On the one hand, the contemporary global governance lacks due respect for collective human rights under the leadership of western liberalism; on the other hand, under the guidance of hegemonism, it tramples on the collective human rights of the people of all countries and all mankind and makes global governance fall into serious difficulties. The building of a community of human destinies is of great enlightenment in resolving the plight of global governance, which requires the establishment of collective human rights for all peoples and all humankind and the commitment of governments to collective human rights, By jointly establishing the principle of collective human rights equality, breaking the prisoners' dilemma in the choice of state action, setting the marginal restriction of collective human rights for international hegemonism, and realizing the maximization of the overall interests of human beings.
