欧盟高端智库对“一带一路”倡议的认知评析

【摘要】："一带一路"倡议是习近平主席统筹国内国际两个大局、顺应地区和全球潮流而提出的合作构想,至今已经成为全球治理和国际合作的新平台。作为"一带一路"倡议的目的地,欧盟的反应至关重要,欧盟高端智库对该倡议给予了积极的关注和研究。欧盟高端智库主要对"一带一路"倡议的动因和战略意图、影响以及未来发展进行了分析和研究,其中该倡议对欧盟及其成员国的影响更是欧盟高端智库研究的重点。总体来看,欧盟高端智库对"一带一路"倡议的评价持积极和肯定的态度,但是一定程度上仍存在对"一带一路"倡议的不了解和错误认知。因此,引导欧盟高端智库更加客观公正地认识"一带一路"倡议将是该倡议未来实施和执行中必须面对和解决的问题。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" initiative is a new platform for global governance and international cooperation, which is put forward by President Xi Jinping as the coordinator of both domestic and international situations and in keeping with the regional and global trends. As a destination of the Belt and Road initiative, the EU response is crucial, and the EU high-end think-tank has given active attention and research to the initiative. The EU high-end think-tank mainly analyzes and studies the motivation, strategic intention, influence and future development of the "Belt and Road" initiative, among which the impact of the initiative on the EU and its member states is the focus of the EU high-end think-tank research. Generally speaking, the European Union's high-end think-tanks have a positive and positive attitude towards the evaluation of the "Belt and Road" initiative, but to some extent there is still a lack of understanding and erroneous perception of the "Belt and Road" initiative. Therefore, it is necessary to face and solve the problems in the future implementation and implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative to guide the EU's high-end think-tanks to understand it more objectively and fairly.
