南京市老年人乡村休闲养老意愿及其影响因素研究

【摘要】：当前我国正处于人口快速老龄化的发展阶段,随着经济社会的发展、城乡一体化进程的加快、乡村休闲产业的不断成熟、老年人消费观念的转变和养老需求的日益多样化,以度假、休闲、追求更舒适的生活为目的的乡村休闲养老现象在近几年发展较快。城市老年人乡村休闲养老,一方面不仅有利于充分利用乡村独特的自然、人文资源以及季节性空闲的乡村设施资源,还可缓解城市养老压力、让老年人身心愉悦;另一方面,也将推动乡村社区的环境整改及其基础设施设备的改造升级,有利于统筹城乡发展、促进新农村社会的建设,并带动乡村经济的发展。鉴于此,通过对南京市城市老年人乡村休闲养老意愿及影响因素的研究,了解潜在老年市场对乡村休闲养老的观点和看法,并了解乡村休闲养老意愿的影响因素及其偏好,对预测乡村休闲养老产业的发展前景有重要作用。本文通过综合整理国内外学者对乡村休闲养老及其相关领域的研究,对乡村休闲养老概念进行了界定,并基于对南京市55岁以上城市老年人问卷调研的数据,运用描述性统计分析、因子分析和二元Logistic回归分析等方法对老年人乡村休闲养老意愿、影响因素及其偏好进行了研究。研究结果表明,1)近六成南京城市老年人具有乡村休闲养老的意愿。2)将影响老年人乡村休闲养老意愿的外部因素用因子分析法提取了四个公因子,即目的地服务配套设施因子、环境特征因子、家庭特征因子和感知成本因子。3)将老年人个体内部因素,即性别、年龄、收入、受教育程度、对乡村休闲养老的认知度以及对乡村经历的评价,与外部因素中的四个公因子共同代入二元Logistic模型中,发现乡村休闲养老意愿受多方面因素的共同影响,其中内部因素中性别、年龄、对乡村休闲养老的认知度以及乡村经历印象的评价显著影响乡村休闲养老的意愿;外部因素中环境特征因子与目的地服务配套设施因子对老年人乡村休闲养老意愿的影响显著;而受教育程度、家庭特征因子以及感知成本因子对意愿的影响不显著,不是影响老年人乡村休闲养老意愿的决定性因素。4)老年人对乡村休闲养老目的地所在地理位置、类型、出行方式、拟停留时间、出行季节、住宿形式、消费水平以及服务等方面存在既定偏好。最后,根据研究的结论,从提高乡村休闲养老的认知度、提升乡村形象、丰富乡村内涵、政府部门给予相关社会政策支持并加强监督管理等宏观层面展开了相应的讨论。并针对城市老年人乡村休闲养老的偏好,从微观层面对乡村休闲养老市场的开发提供了参考性的建议。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the stage of rapid aging of population. With the development of economy and society, the acceleration of urban-rural integration process, the continuous maturity of rural leisure industry, the transformation of the consumption concept of the elderly and the increasing diversification of the demand for the aged. Rural leisure pension, which aims at vacation, leisure and more comfortable life, has developed rapidly in recent years. On the one hand, it is not only beneficial to make full use of rural unique natural, human resources and seasonally idle rural facilities resources, but also to alleviate the pressure of urban old-age support, and make the elderly happy physically and mentally, on the other hand, It will also promote the environmental rectification and upgrading of rural communities and the upgrading of infrastructure facilities, which will help to coordinate the development of urban and rural areas, promote the construction of a new rural society, and promote the development of rural economy. In view of this, through the study of the rural leisure pension intention and its influencing factors of the urban elderly in Nanjing, to understand the views and views of the potential elderly market on the rural leisure old-age support, and to understand the influencing factors and preferences of the rural leisure old-age care willingness. It plays an important role in predicting the development prospect of rural leisure pension industry. In this paper, the concept of rural leisure old-age pension is defined through comprehensive research on rural leisure pension and its related fields, and based on the survey data of urban elderly aged 55 and above in Nanjing. By means of descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis and binary logistic regression analysis, this paper studies the rural leisure pension willingness, influencing factors and preferences of the elderly. The results show that: (1) nearly 60% of the urban elderly in Nanjing have the willingness to provide for the aged by rural leisure. 2) the external factors that affect the rural leisure pension will be extracted by factor analysis method, that is, the supporting facilities of destination service. Environmental characteristic factor, family characteristic factor and perceived cost factor. 3) the internal factors of the elderly, that is, gender, age, income, educational level, recognition of rural leisure pension, and evaluation of rural experience. It is found that the rural leisure pension willingness is influenced by many factors, including gender, age, and so on. The cognition of rural leisure pension and the evaluation of rural experience impressions significantly affect the rural leisure pension willingness, the external factors such as environment characteristic factor and destination service supporting facilities factor have significant influence on the rural leisure pension intention of the elderly. However, the educational level, family characteristic factor and perceived cost factor had no significant influence on the intention, and were not the decisive factors of the rural leisure pension intention of the elderly. 4) the location and type of the rural leisure pension destination were not significant. There are certain preferences in travel mode, residence time, travel season, accommodation, consumption level and service. Finally, according to the conclusion of the study, from the aspects of raising the awareness of the rural leisure pension, improving the rural image, enriching the rural connotation, the government give the relevant social policy support and strengthen the supervision and management. In view of the rural leisure pension preference of the urban elderly, the paper provides some suggestions for the development of rural leisure pension market from the micro level.
