【摘要】：党的十八大的召开标志着中国内政外交进入了新时期。中国特色大国外交理论和总体国家安全观在传承优秀中华文明和马克思主义的基础上,在理论架构、问题导向、研究方法等方面取得了显著进步,当前处于系统整合阶段。因此,在迎接党的十九大召开之际,我们更加需要提高实践和理论自觉,增强问题意识并善于提出和抓准问题,进行深入研究分析,提出解决思路;重视总结提炼,形成新的理念理论。中国当前的外交安全理论建设,在系统性方面,要加强外交和安全、外交和内政的衔接;在互动性方面,要加强外交思想、理论、战略和政策的整合;在国际性方面,要在体现中国特色、提升国际影响和世界意义上实现对立统一;在应用性方面,要提升外交安全理论对实践的指导作用;以此使相关理论在探索创新中更上一层楼。
[Abstract]:The convening of the 18 th National Congress of the Party marks a new era in China's internal and foreign affairs. On the basis of inheriting excellent Chinese civilization and Marxism, great power diplomacy theory with Chinese characteristics and overall national security concept have made remarkable progress in theoretical framework, problem orientation and research methods, and are now in the stage of systematic integration. Therefore, as we welcome the convening of the 19th National Congress of the Party, we need to improve our practice and theoretical consciousness, enhance our awareness of problems, be good at raising and grasping problems, conduct in-depth research and analysis, put forward solutions, and attach great importance to summing up and refining. Form a new theory of ideas. In the current construction of China's diplomatic security theory, it is necessary to strengthen the integration of diplomacy and security, foreign affairs and internal affairs in a systematic way; in terms of interactivity, it is necessary to strengthen the integration of diplomatic ideas, theories, strategies and policies; and in the international aspect, It is necessary to realize the unity of opposites in the sense of embodying Chinese characteristics, enhancing international influence and world significance; in the aspect of application, it is necessary to enhance the guiding role of diplomatic security theory to practice, so that relevant theories can climb another high building in exploring and innovating.
