发展新理念的历史和实践逻辑

【摘要】："创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"发展新理念,是对当下我国经济社会发展的思路、方向、着力点的鲜明概括。文章着重厘清新理念各自思想演进的历史进程,把控其与改革开放以来党过往发展思想的一脉相承性和重大创新性,揭示出党对经济社会诸多发展规律认知的拓展深化。新实践新问题新常态新目标新机遇,构成新理念的现实基点和实践逻辑。历史逻辑和实践逻辑是发展新理念之所以立足的大势和大局,并由此在实践中逼近建制,以新理念、新战略引领新发展。
[Abstract]:The new concept of "innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing" is a clear summary of the thinking, direction and focus of our country's economic and social development. The article focuses on the historical process of the evolution of the ideas of the fresh ideas, and reveals the continuity and great innovation of the party's past development thought since the reform and opening up, and reveals the party's Confucian classics. The development of the new principles and new goals and new opportunities in the new practice and new problems constitute the realistic basis and the practical logic of the new concept. The historical logic and the practical logic are the big situation and the overall situation that the new concept is based on, and thus approach the construction in practice, and new ideas and new strategies lead the new development.
