中国与阿拉伯国家关系的历史特征与当代发展

【摘要】：中国与阿拉伯国家间的友好关系有着悠久的历史传统,中阿关系史是一部和平、友好的交往史,也是一部文明交流互鉴的互动史,一部甘苦与共的奋斗史。千百年来,海陆丝绸之路一直把中阿两大民族紧密地连接在一起。在漫长的历史进程中,中阿人民在捍卫民族尊严与国家主权的斗争中相互支持,在探索民族振兴的发展道路上相互帮助,在繁荣中阿民族文化的事业中相互借鉴。新中国开启与阿拉伯国家外交关系60年来,中阿友好合作不断实现历史性的跨越,成为南南合作与文明交往的典范。历史昭示,和平合作、开放包容、互学互鉴、互利共赢的丝路精神始终是中阿友好关系的主旋律。阿拉伯国家是与中国共建"一带一路"的天然合作伙伴,新的形势下,中阿关系的发展迎来了新的历史机遇,有着广阔的发展空间。
[Abstract]:The friendly relations between China and Arab countries have a long historical tradition. The history of Sino-Arab relations is a history of peaceful, friendly exchanges, interactive history of civilized exchanges and mutual learning, and a history of fighting together. For thousands of years, the land and sea Silk Road has closely linked the two peoples. In the long historical process, the Chinese and Arab peoples have supported each other in the struggle to safeguard national dignity and national sovereignty, helped each other in exploring the road of national rejuvenation, and learned from each other in the cause of prosperity of the national culture of the two countries. Over the past 60 years since New China opened diplomatic relations with Arab countries, Sino-Arab friendly cooperation has continuously achieved a historic leap forward, and has become a model for South-South cooperation and civilized exchanges. History shows that the spirit of peaceful cooperation, openness and tolerance, mutual learning and mutual learning, and mutual benefit and win-win cooperation has always been the main theme of Sino-Arab friendly relations. Arab countries are natural partners in the construction of "Belt and Road" with China. Under the new situation, the development of Sino-Arab relations has ushered in a new historical opportunity and broad space for development.
