资本逻辑、公平正义与国家治理现代化——中国特色社会主义的实践和理论探索

【摘要】：在现代性社会,对社会公平正义的研讨不能脱离马克思资本批判的语境。资本在其逐利本性驱使下,对社会公平正义产生了双重影响。一方面,资本创造了现代文明,为社会逐步实现公平正义提供了现实基础;另一方面,资本在发展中必然陷入“自我扩张悖论”,引起社会公平正义危机。中国当前社会的正义重构,应辩证地对待资本逻辑,面对经济层面资本自发的冲动,在政治层面需要处理好顺应与引导、利用与限制的辩证关系。中国特色社会主义实践和理论探索的一条基本线索在于:通过重思公平和效率的关系、践行社会主义核心价值观、全面推进依法治国、走新型城镇化和新型工业化道路等方式,在利用资本和限制资本之间保持合理张力,不断促进社会公平正义。资本逻辑与社会公平正义可以相对融合,条件就是国家治理的现代化。
[Abstract]:In the modern society, the discussion of social justice and justice can not be separated from the context of Marx's capital criticism. Capital is driven by the nature of profit driven, and has a double influence on social justice and justice. On the one hand, capital creates a modern civilization, which provides a realistic basis for the gradual realization of fairness and justice in society; on the other hand, capital is inevitable in the development. The "paradox of self expansion" causes the crisis of social justice and justice. The reconstruction of justice in China's current society should treat the capital logic dialectically. Facing the spontaneous impulse of capital in the economic level, the dialectical relationship between adaptation and guidance and utilization and restriction should be dealt with at the political level. One of the practice and theoretical exploration of socialism with Chinese characteristics The basic clue is: by rethinking the relationship between fairness and efficiency, practicing the socialist core values, promoting the rule of law in a comprehensive way, taking the new urbanization and the new industrialization road, and keeping reasonable tension between the use of capital and the limited capital, and constantly promoting social justice. Capital logic and social fairness and justice can be compared. Integration, the condition is the modernization of national governance.
