【摘要】：在单位制消失了的地方和领域,原有的单位向其成员提供的服务功能、保护功能、调解功能、疏导功能等,应当有其他的组织机构来行使,这样的功能替代物就是社区和社会组织。当今正在开启社会体制改革的大幕,要加快培育和发展社会,促成政府、市场、社会三元结构形成。
