农村老年人居住偏好影响因素研究

【摘要】：老年人不同的居住安排在一定程度上反映着其养老模式,影响老年人晚年能否得到完善的照料。老年人的居住偏好是决定其居住安排的重要因素,但两者在现实生活中并非完全一致。因此研究老年人的居住偏好及其影响因素,能够帮助我们更好的了解老年人的居住需求,提高老年人晚年生活福祉。本文使用中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)2011至2012年全国基线调查数据,分析影响我国农村60岁以上老年人居住偏好的因素。该研究区分老年人在有配偶和没有配偶两种情况下的居住偏好,并运用列联表分析检验老年人居住偏好与各潜在影响因素的相关关系,进而采用Logistic回归模型对影响居住偏好的因素进行分析。结果表明,农村老年人的居住偏好表现出明显的“依赖子女”或“靠近子女”特征。对于在有配偶时的居住偏好,日常生活能力有重度障碍、养老经济来源依靠子女的老年人更加偏好与子女一起居住;中龄、现在有配偶、有中度和重度抑郁情况、子女中有非农业户口的老年人更加希望不与子女一起居住。对于没有配偶时的居住偏好选择,不只重度功能障碍的老年人,轻度功能障碍的老年人同样更加偏好与子女一起居住,且重度功能障碍的老年人偏好与子女一起住的意愿较有配偶时更加强烈;有中度抑郁和重度抑郁情况的老年人不希望与子女一起居住。但与有配偶情况下的选择相比,中度抑郁、子女中有非农业户口的老年人,意愿不与子女一起居住的可能性降低。
[Abstract]:To some extent, the different living arrangements of the elderly reflect their old-age model, and affect whether the elderly can be well cared for in their old age. The living preference of the elderly is an important factor in determining their living arrangements, but the two are not completely consistent in real life. Therefore, the study of the living preference of the elderly and its influencing factors can help us better understand the living needs of the elderly and improve the well-being of the elderly in their later years. Based on the national baseline survey data of China Health and Old-Age Survey (CHARLS) from 2011 to 2012, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the living preferences of the elderly aged over 60 in rural China. The study distinguished the living preferences of the elderly with and without spouses, and used the column table analysis to examine the correlation between the residential preferences and the potential influencing factors. Then the logistic regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting residence preference. The results showed that the living preference of the rural elderly showed obvious characteristics of "dependent children" or "near children". The ability of daily living is severely impaired when there is a spouse, and the elderly who depend on their children for their income are more likely to live with their children; middle age, who now have spouses, have moderate and severe depression. Elderly children with non-farm hukou prefer not to live with their children. Not only the elderly with severe dysfunction, but also the elderly with mild dysfunction also preferred to live with their children for the choice of residence preference when they did not have a spouse. The elderly with severe dysfunction preferred to live with their children more strongly than those with spouses, while those with moderate and severe depression did not want to live with their children. But those with moderate depression and children with non-farm hukou were less likely to want to live with their children than those with spouses.
