边缘政党的主流化:探究英国独立党的崛起

【摘要】：英国独立党是欧洲激进右翼政党里一支富有代表性的力量。英国独立党为什么能够迅速崛起,为何受到传统工人阶级选民的青睐,它的崛起对主流政党有何影响?从制度背景来看,英国两党制的衰退为独立党提供政治空间,从政党自身策略来看,排外主义和民粹主义是独立党吸引传统工人阶层选民的重要因素。此外,英国独立党在政治议程设定和内部团结等方面对主流政党产生了冲击。对于英国独立党而言,英国成功脱离欧盟是其建党以来所获得的最辉煌的政治胜利,但这场政治胜利并不一定意味着独立党的前景一片光明,其政治动能还面临着一些制约因素。
[Abstract]:The British Independent Party is a representative force in Europe ' s radical right - wing party . Why is the British Independent Party able to rise rapidly and is favored by traditional working - class voters ? From the institutional context , Britain ' s two - party decline is an important factor for the independent Party to attract traditional workers . In addition , the British Independent Party has been the most brilliant political victory in the political agenda setting and internal unity . But this political victory does not necessarily mean that the prospect of the independent Party is bright and its political momentum faces some constraints .
