系统思维视阈下的中国特色社会主义总布局:概念、内涵及特征

【摘要】：新中国成立后,中国共产党人在坚持走自己的路,探索具有中国特色的社会主义建设道路的实践征程中,不断完善了中国特色社会主义总布局。从纵向来看,中国特色社会主义总布局的实践是要早于其概念的提出的,而概念又是随着实践和人们认识的发展处于不断运动、变化和发展之中的,这种发展或是之前实践经验和认识积累的总结,或是原有概念内容的深化和丰富。从横向来看,中国特色社会主义总布局是以全局视野和战略眼光对中国特色社会主义事业内部的组成方面及其相互关系做出的宏观的战略部署与规划,是一个动态开放系统。我们要以系统思维去认识与研究总布局,既要看到总布局内部五个子系统各自的目标与功能,也要看到它们要受制于总布局最高目标的引导与约束,要用"一体"统领"五位",共同向着实现中国特色社会主义总任务这个目标迈进。
[Abstract]:After the founding of New China, the Communist Party of China continued to perfect the general layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the course of practicing its own road and exploring the road of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. From the vertical point of view, the practice of the general layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics was put forward earlier than its concept, and the concept was constantly moving, changing and developing along with the practice and the development of people's understanding. This development is either a summary of previous practical experience and knowledge accumulation, or the deepening and enrichment of the original concept. From the horizontal point of view, the overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a macro strategic arrangement and planning of the internal components and their mutual relations of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics from the overall and strategic perspective, and is a dynamic open system. We need to understand and study the overall layout with systematic thinking. We should not only see the objectives and functions of the five subsystems within the overall layout, but also see that they are subject to the guidance and constraints of the highest objective of the overall layout. We should use "one as one" to lead the "five positions" and make common progress towards the goal of realizing the general task of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
