科学理解新发展理念

【摘要】：党的十八届五中全会明确提出创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念,为我国"十三五"时期乃至更长时期的发展描绘出新蓝图。新发展理念是我们党发展理念的一次创新升级,体现了系统创新、要素创新、价值创新;新发展理念强调整体性,是五个方面的有机统一体;新发展理念是管全局、管根本、管长远的,要求全面贯彻、长期贯彻;新发展理念是习近平总书记治国理政新思想的一个标志性理论成果,是为世界贡献中国理念的重要标志。
[Abstract]:The fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward the idea of innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing, and drew a new blueprint for the development of our country in the 13th Five-Year Plan period and even longer period. The new development concept is an innovation and upgrade of our party's development concept, which embodies the system innovation, element innovation, value innovation; the new development concept emphasizes integrity and is an organic unity of five aspects; the new development concept is to manage the overall situation and the foundation. The new concept of development is an iconic theoretical achievement of General Secretary Xi Jinping's new thoughts on running a country and politics, and is an important symbol of China's contribution to the world.
