十六大以来中国特色社会主义理论自信研究

【摘要】：中国共产党全国代表大会为中国共产党最高领导机关,其职权是讨论和决定重大问题。胡锦涛同志在党的十八大报告中提出“三个自信”,即道路自信、理论自信、制度自信。其中“理论自信”作为一个专有名词被提出以后,其内涵不断丰富,既是关于中国特色社会主义理论体系的认可与自觉,也是一种政治素养,作为中国共产党员或者群众都应该坚定的底气。理论自信,一方面借助理论渊源不断发展延伸,另一方面依靠历史实践不断向前推进,同时又在两者的交互之中彼此推动,逐步增强。坚定理论自信,成为指导全面深化改革、实现中国梦、坚定理想信念、回应错误思潮、抵制消极影响等的需要。理论自信的形成不是一蹴而就的,而是通过党的十六大以来的党代会报告中,关于建设目标、经济、政治、文化、社会、党建等方面的要求不断变化而体现出来的。“理论自信”不仅是一种提法,还是一种政治要求,要通过加强学校学生集体学习提升理论水平,推动专家学者深入研究丰富理论内容,利用媒体形式进行社会宣传增强理论自觉等三大途径坚定理论自信、巩固理论自信。
[Abstract]:The National Congress of the Communist Party of China is the supreme leading organ of the Communist Party of China, and its power is to discuss and decide on major issues. Comrade Hu Jintao put forward "three confidence" in the report of the 18th National Congress of the Party, namely road confidence, theory confidence and system confidence. After being put forward as a proper term, "theoretical self-confidence" has a rich connotation, which is not only the recognition and consciousness of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also a kind of political accomplishment. Being a member of the Communist Party of China or the masses should be firm. Theoretical self-confidence, on the one hand, continues to develop and extend with the help of theoretical origin, on the other hand, it relies on historical practice to push forward constantly, and at the same time, promotes and strengthens each other in the interaction between the two. Strengthening theoretical self-confidence has become the need to guide the overall deepening of reform, realize Chinese Dream, strengthen ideals and beliefs, respond to erroneous trends of thought, resist negative influences, and so on. The formation of theoretical self-confidence is not accomplished overnight, but is reflected in the report of the Party Congress since the 16th National Congress of the Party, in which the requirements for construction objectives, economy, politics, culture, society and party building are constantly changing. "theoretical self-confidence" is not only a formulation, but also a political requirement. It is necessary to enhance the theoretical level of school students by strengthening their collective learning, and to promote experts and scholars to deeply study and enrich the theoretical content. Using media form to strengthen theory self-consciousness and strengthen theory self-confidence.
