辛亥革命对中国政治现代化的启示

【摘要】：爆发于1911年的辛亥革命在中国历史上、中国思想史上、中国政治现代化的发展历程上都是一次十分重要的事件。不单是因为它推翻了统治中国长达两千多年的君主专制制度,而且在于它开辟了一个崭新的时代,一个历史的新纪元,一次资产阶级共和国的大胆尝试。只是一次对束缚中华民族命运的枷锁的彻底清除,中华民族不再被封建制度所左右,人民群众可以在民主政治的天空中自由翱翔。废除了封建制度对于思想的桎梏,人民群众得以跳出长久阻碍他们的封建道德藩篱,呼吸民主共和体制的清新空气。辛亥革命使国家体制发生了根本转变,许多几千年来未想之事,不敢想之事得以实现。这些改变发生在生活的方方面面,人民群众终于有机会去探索属于自己的政治现代化道路。尽管崎岖,但终于有了一次属于自己的机会。不必再听任君主的号令,而是亲手去开拓,去创造属于自己的未来。辛亥革命为中国政治现代化扫清了道路——推翻了清王朝的专制统治,并作了初步的探索。今日中国依然能从辛亥革命政治现代化的实践中汲取一定的经验教训,以便顺利建设社会主义政治文明。本文分析和研究了辛亥革命开启中国政治现代化的四个方面的表现,即政治权威的理性化、政治功能的分化、政治参与的扩大以及政治文化的整合。站在现实的高度从现代政府权威性不足、革命党自身建设的不足、民众政治参与的有限性、民众现代政治意识薄弱四个方面重新审视辛亥革命失败的原因,并在此基础上,立足我国基本国情,对当前中国政治现代化提供了借鉴。
[Abstract]:The 1911 Revolution, which broke out in 1911, is a very important event in the history of Chinese ideology and the development of Chinese political modernization. Not only because it overthrew the autocratic monarchy that ruled China for more than two thousand years, but also because it opened a new era, a new era in history, and a bold attempt by the bourgeois republic. It is only a complete removal of the shackles of the fate of the Chinese nation, the Chinese nation is no longer influenced by the feudal system, the people can fly freely in the sky of democratic politics. By abolishing the shackles of the feudal system to the ideology, the people can jump out of the feudal moral barriers which have hindered them for a long time, and breathe the fresh air of the democratic republic system. The Revolution of 1911 brought about a fundamental transformation of the state system, many of which had been unthinkable and unthinkable for thousands of years. These changes took place in all aspects of life, and the masses finally had the opportunity to explore their own way to political modernization. Rugged as it was, there was a chance at last. No longer let the monarch's command, but to open up, to create their own future. The 1911 Revolution cleared the way for China's political modernization by overthrowing the autocratic rule of the Qing Dynasty and making a preliminary exploration. Today, China can still draw certain lessons from the practice of political modernization of the 1911 Revolution in order to build socialist political civilization smoothly. This paper analyzes and studies the four aspects of the 1911 Revolution in opening up China's political modernization, that is, the rationalization of political authority, the differentiation of political functions, the expansion of political participation and the integration of political culture. From the point of view of reality, the causes of the failure of the 1911 Revolution are re-examined from four aspects: the lack of authority of the modern government, the insufficiency of the revolutionary party's own construction, the limited political participation of the people, and the weakness of the people's modern political consciousness. Based on China's basic national conditions, the current political modernization of China to provide reference.
