[Abstract]:On January 20, 2017, Trump was sworn in as President of the United States. His success in the White House as a complete political outsider could not be achieved without the support of the Republican Party's right-wing extremist forces and conservative forces in the military, oil, financial consortia, the military and intelligence agencies. The basic political philosophy expressed by Trump in the election is not just Trump's own personal will, but the consensus of the Republican far-right conservatives. The financial crisis that began in the United States and swept the world since 2008. It had a tremendous impact on the shape of the United States around the world after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
