习近平社会建设战略思想的鲜明特征

【摘要】：习近平社会建设战略思想是习近平关于中国社会发展目标、任务、路径的战略思考和理论创新,是治国理政思想的重要组成部分,是新时期党领导社会建设的行动指南。习近平把"让人民过上更好生活"作为民生改善的目标,把"充满活力又和谐有序"作为社会治理的目标,把"一体化、均等化"作为公共服务的目标,着力构建社会建设的价值共识、物质基础和制度保障,以此扩大民生供给、优化公共服务、创新社会治理,形成了关于新的历史阶段推进社会建设的战略思想,包括为民务实的战略目标、科学完备的战略部署、全面系统的战略对策,具有鲜明的特征,为落实"五位一体"总体布局和推进"四个全面"战略布局奠定坚实的社会基础。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's strategic thought of social construction is the strategic thinking and theoretical innovation of Xi Jinping's goal, task and path of Chinese social development. It is an important part of the thought of governing and managing politics, and is also the action guide of the Party's leading social construction in the new period. Xi Jinping regards "better life for the people" as the goal of improving people's livelihood, "vibrant and harmonious and orderly" as the goal of social governance, and "integration and equalization" as the goal of public service. Focusing on building the value consensus, material foundation and system guarantee of social construction, expanding the supply of people's livelihood, optimizing public service, innovating social governance, forming the strategic thought of promoting social construction in the new historical stage. It includes pragmatic strategic objectives for the people, scientific and complete strategic arrangements, comprehensive and systematic strategic countermeasures, with distinct characteristics, and lays a solid social foundation for the implementation of the overall layout of "five in one" and the promotion of the "four comprehensive" strategic layout.
