“杜特尔特经济学”与中菲关系的改善

【摘要】：杜特尔特总统上任后,在国内大搞基础设施建设,推行其"杜特尔特经济学",在外交上搁置与中国的南海争议,同意以双边谈判解决南海问题。杜特尔特的经济举措和外交转向,使其在经济建设方面,不仅得到中方的大力支持,而且与中国倡导的"一带一路"对接,取得了可观的经济收益,与此同时,也改善了中菲之间的政治和外交关系。
[Abstract]:After he took office, President Duterte made great efforts to build infrastructure at home, promoted his "Duterte Economics", put aside the South China Sea dispute with China in diplomatic terms, and agreed to resolve the South China Sea issue through bilateral negotiations. Duterte's economic measures and diplomatic turn have not only received strong support from the Chinese side in economic construction, but also docked with "Belt and Road" initiated by China. At the same time, he has made considerable economic gains. It also improved political and diplomatic relations between China and the Philippines.
