老龄化背景下的临终关怀问题研究

【摘要】：临终关怀其实是在病人即将面临死亡的有限的时间内,来减轻病人的痛苦,缓和疾病的发作的一种护理方式。临终关怀是属于医学范畴的一门学科,但同时也是现代的一种以其他学科相交叉的边缘性学科。虽然临终关怀从出现到现在还没有超过40年,但是却是人类文明发展的一个重要的体现,是当今社会文明的一个重要标志。当前,我国的社会处于老龄化的背景之下,在这种背景之下,临终关怀的存在不仅能够有利于提高老年人在临终阶段的生活照料质量,同时也能够缓解老年人在精神上的压力,减轻老年人的心理痛苦。随着我国老龄化的速度不断的加快,我国临终关怀的事业与老龄化的规模相对比,还存在不少问题,而且发展也相对落后。本文在分析了国内外临终关怀发展的现状基础上,对临终老人以及家属在老人临终前后的心理进行的分析,探讨了中国的临终关怀事业发展的现状以及存在的问题,针对我国临终关怀存在的问题,笔者进行了对策建议的研究。
[Abstract]:Hospice care is a kind of nursing method to alleviate the patient's suffering and relieve the attack of the disease in the limited time when the patient is about to die. Hospice is a medical discipline, but it is also a modern borderline subject intersecting with other disciplines. Although hospice care has not appeared for more than 40 years, it is an important embodiment of the development of human civilization and an important symbol of today's social civilization. At present, the society of our country is in the background of aging. Under this background, the existence of hospice care can not only improve the quality of care for the elderly in the terminal stage, but also relieve the mental pressure of the elderly. Alleviate the psychological pain of the elderly. With the acceleration of aging in China, the cause of hospice care in our country compared with the scale of aging, there are still many problems, and the development is relatively backward. Based on the analysis of the present situation of hospice development at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the psychology of the dying elderly and their families before and after the death, and probes into the present situation and existing problems of the development of hospice care in China. In view of the problems existing in hospice care in China, the author makes a study of countermeasures and suggestions.
