马克思主义人的全面发展理论与全面建成小康社会

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出了包含“两个百年”目标的中国梦执政理念。第一个“百年目标”——全面建成小康社会,强调的“重点”是“全面”。这个“全面”不仅仅是政治、经济、文化、社会、生态内容的全面,也包括覆盖人群的数量和地域的全面。全面小康的“落脚点”,是改革发展成果惠及全体人民,让全体人民在生产力发展的同时得到比较全面的发展,让每个个人实现与“中国梦”相联的奋斗梦想,拥有更多的“幸福感”“获得感”,从而更自觉地投身于社会主义现代化建设。这既是社会主义的本质要求,也是全面建成小康社会的应有之义。到2020年全面建成小康社会的目标,这是社会主义初级阶段中的一个重要里程碑,与党的最终奋斗目标——实现共产主义,也有着内在的联系。而促进人的发展,就是这“内在联系”中重要的一方面内容。就是说,促进人的全面发展和全面建成小康社会是分不开的。社会发展是人自身得到发展的先决条件,是社会发展促进了人的进一步发展;而人的发展又是社会发展的根本途径和最终目的。二者之间的辩证统一关系,决定了人的全面发展与全面建成小康社会之间的关系是相辅相成、辩证统一的。离开促进人的发展谈全面建成小康社会,是毫无意义的。在全面建成小康社会的实践中,首先,人不仅是社会发展的主体,而且是全面建成小康社会全过程的实践者;另一方面,促进人的发展也是全面建成小康社会的应有之义和本质要求。由于人的全面发展是共产主义社会才能最终实现的,连社会主义高级阶段都实现不了(在全面建成小康社会的实践中人的全面发展只能是人的阶段性全面发展、人的较全面发展,并不是马克思主义完整意义上人的全面发展),因此,全面建成小康社会要以人的较全面发展为重要目标,重点在“促进”人的全面发展。在我国,全面建成小康社会是实现马克思主义强调的人的全面发展过程中的必经阶段。在这个阶段,我国的政治、经济、社会、文化、生态等等领域的改革和发展都将进一步推进,从而为人的全面发展奠定更加坚实的物质基础。本文旨在促使人们对全面建成小康社会的目标与内涵的理解更加全面、深刻,对全面建成小康社会的实践的历史要求更加清醒、自觉。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th Party Congress, the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has put forward the governing concept of Chinese Dream with the goal of "two hundred years". The first hundred-year goal-to build a well-off society in an all-round way. This "comprehensiveness" is not only political, economic, cultural, social, and ecological content, but also the number and geographical coverage of the population. The "foothold" of a well-to-do society in an all-round way is that the fruits of reform and development will benefit all the people, so that the whole people can develop in a more comprehensive way while the productive forces develop, so that each individual can realize his dream of struggle linked to "Chinese Dream." With more sense of happiness and sense of gain, more conscious commitment to socialist modernization. This is not only the essential requirement of socialism, but also the proper meaning of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020 is an important milestone in the primary stage of socialism, which is also closely related to the ultimate goal of the Party-to realize communism. The promotion of human development is an important aspect of this "internal relationship". In other words, to promote the overall development of people and build a well-off society in an all-round way is inseparable. Social development is the prerequisite of human being's own development and the further development of human being, which is the basic way and ultimate goal of social development. The dialectical unity relationship between them determines that the relationship between the all-round development of human beings and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way is complementary and dialectical. It is meaningless to talk about building a well-off society in an all-round way without promoting human development. In the practice of building a well-off society in an all-round way, firstly, people are not only the main body of social development, but also the practitioners of the whole process of building a well-off society in an all-round way. On the other hand, the promotion of human development is also the necessary meaning and essential requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Since the all-round development of human beings is the ultimate realization of the communist society, even the advanced stage of socialism can not be realized. (in the practice of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the all-round development of human beings can only be a phased all-round development of human beings. The overall development of human beings is not the all-round development of human beings in the sense of Marxist integrity. Therefore, to build a well-off society in an all-round way should take the overall development of human beings as an important goal, with emphasis on "promoting" the all-round development of human beings. In our country, building a well-off society in an all-round way is a necessary stage in the process of realizing the all-round development of human being emphasized by Marxism. At this stage, China's political, economic, social, cultural, ecological and other fields of reform and development will be further promoted, thus laying a more solid material foundation for the overall development of human beings. The purpose of this paper is to promote people's understanding of the goal and connotation of building a well-off society in an all-round way and to make them more sober and conscious of the historical requirements of the practice of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
