西宁市居民通勤特征研究

【摘要】:居住和就业是城市发展过程中两个尤为重要的因素。人类的空间活动都是围绕着“居住”与“就业”展开的,且这两个因素之间相互影响,相互制约。在微观层面,合理的通勤行为,即产生在居住与就业之间的行为,能够使人们降低出行成本,节约出行时间且有利于提高人们的生活水平;宏观层面,合理的通勤行为有利于减轻城市道路交通压力,缓解城市道路交通拥堵状况,减少城市交通污染,有利于构建可持续发展的城市。转型时期的中国正面临着内部重组与外部重构。中国许多城市的空间结构发生了显著变化,空间出现了错位。居民在日常通勤行为产生过程中通勤时间和距离都在变长,人们的心里承受着由长时间和长距离带来的双重压力,从本质上改变了居民的通勤行为,然而这一现象的改变正是研究城市发展问题的突破口。本研究从理论和实证两方面入手,对西宁市居民通勤空间特征进行了探讨。首先,在阐述选题背景和研究意义的基础上,对国内外通勤行为研究进展进行梳理与总结。其次,采用问卷调查方式在西宁市4个主城区选取15个典型社区进行问卷调查和深度访谈,获取了本研究的主要数据。第三,在ArcGIS等地理信息系统软件和SPSS等统计分析软件的支持下,对西宁市居民通勤特征进行了分析和探讨,主要结论如下:(1)从通勤时间来看,西宁市居民通勤时间主要集中在30分钟以内;从通勤方式来看,西宁市居民日常出行以公共汽车为主;从通勤成本来看,西宁市居民通勤成本主要集中在31-60元之间;从通勤满意度来看,西宁市居民对于目前的通勤状况较满意。(2)从社会属性来看,男性的平均通勤时间比女性高8.7分钟;各年龄段居民在交通方式的选择上是步行、出租车单位班车等多种方式交替使用;居民收入越高通勤距离越大;家庭结构越复杂通勤行为特征也越复杂。
[Abstract]:Housing and employment are two important factors in the process of urban development. Human space activities are carried out around "residence" and "employment", and these two factors influence each other and restrict each other. At the micro level, reasonable commuter behavior, that is, the behavior between residence and employment, can reduce the travel cost, save travel time and improve people's living standard. At the macro level, reasonable commuter behavior is helpful to lighten urban road traffic pressure, alleviate urban road traffic congestion, reduce urban traffic pollution, and help to build sustainable development city. During the transition period, China is facing internal restructuring and external reconstruction. The spatial structure of many cities in China has changed significantly and the space has been dislocated. During the process of daily commute behavior, residents' commuting time and distance are getting longer and longer. People's hearts bear the double pressure of long time and long distance, which essentially changes the residents' commuting behavior. However, the change of this phenomenon is the breakthrough in the study of urban development. This paper discusses the characteristics of commuter space in Xining city from both theoretical and empirical aspects. First of all, on the basis of expounding the background and significance of the topic selection, the research progress of commuter behavior at home and abroad is reviewed and summarized. Secondly, 15 typical communities were selected from four main districts of Xining city by questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to obtain the main data of this study. Thirdly, with the support of geographic information system software such as ArcGIS and statistical analysis software such as SPSS, this paper analyzes and discusses the commuting characteristics of residents in Xining City. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) from the point of commute time, The commuting time of Xining residents is mainly within 30 minutes; From the commute mode, Xining city residents daily travel mainly bus, from the commute cost point of view, Xining residents commute cost mainly concentrated in 31 yuan 60 yuan; From the perspective of commuting satisfaction, Xining residents are more satisfied with the current commuting status. (2) from the perspective of social attributes, the average commuting time of men is 8.7 minutes higher than that of women; The choice of transportation mode is walking, taxi unit bus and so on. The higher the income, the greater the commuting distance, and the more complex the family structure is, the more complicated the characteristics of commuting behavior are, the higher the income, the greater the commuter distance, and the more complex the family structure is.
