政治自觉与社会优化——对十八大以来治国理政新思想新实践的框架分析

【摘要】：现实研究与逻辑推演最大的区别就是,前者以问题为导向,而问题则是客观的、历史性的,必须面对具体的现实起点。后者则可以从逻辑链的任何一个环节出发而不影响逻辑的严密性。我国现代化实践的起点,即权威主体的建构。只有权威性主体才能有效推动现代化进程,才能培育制度、才能促进经济增长和社会成长。历史证明这一进程绝对不能像逻辑推演一样进行倒推。在我国的现代化实践过程中,中国共产党及其高度的政治自觉是这一过程有效性的保证,目标是实现人民当家做主的,以此为分析框架可以对我国改革历史进程进行理论阐释,同时避免了"理性经济人"、"国家与社会"等理论预设造成逻辑体系对现实实践割裂的缺陷,它具有一定的开放性和现实性,因此也具有可行性。
[Abstract]:The biggest difference between realistic research and logical deduction is that the former is problem-oriented, while the problem is objective and historical, and must face the specific realistic starting point. The latter can start from any link of the logic chain without affecting the rigour of logic. The starting point of modernization practice in our country is the construction of authoritative subject. Only the authoritative subject can effectively promote the process of modernization, cultivate the system, and promote economic growth and social growth. History has proved that this process must not be pushed backwards like logical deduction. In the process of modernization practice in our country, the Communist Party of China and its high political consciousness are the guarantee of the effectiveness of this process, and the goal is to realize that the people are in charge of the country. Taking this as the analytical framework, we can theoretically explain the historical process of China's reform, and at the same time avoid the defects that the logical system separates the real practice from the theoretical presupposition of "rational economic man" and "state and society". It has certain openness and reality, so it is also feasible.
