广州市萝岗区社区教育管理研究

【摘要】:改革开放三十年来我国的各项事业都取得了长足的发展,教育事业在其中扮演了至关重要的作用,一个国家的兴旺发达根本上取决于教育发展的好坏,良好的教育基础与教育环境有利于促进国家各项事业的发展,有利于提高国家人力资源的水平,有利于保持国家可持续发展。近年来,随着城镇化发展战略的提出,城镇化已成为当前推动我国经济增长的主要动力,同时也是社会、经济发展的必然趋势。如何又好又快的加快城镇建设成为当前国家关注的重点问题。城镇化的发展离不开教育事业的支持,因此,大力发展社区教育,建立完善的教育管理体系,解决社区教育管理中存在的问题也是城镇化发展的必然要求。通过对各国社区教育管理的经验学习,可以很清楚的了解到社区教育在城镇化进程中的重要作用,两者之间存在很大的相关性。本研究以新城镇化中的广州市萝岗区社区教育管理为研究对象,综合运用文献法,案例法、比较法等社会学研究方法,分析新城镇化过程中广州萝岗社区教育管理存在的问题以及面临的挑战,从而为该区的教育管理提出新的思路和建设性的政策建议。本文分为6个部分,第一部分为绪论,主要包括研究背景、研究意义,研究现状、研究思路和研究方法。第二部分为新型城镇化视角下社区教育管理概述,主要从社区教育管理概念的界定,相关发展理论,相关政策等几部分对社区教育管理研究的内容进行阐述。第三部分,通过对萝岗区社区教育管理现状和实践的说明,试着提出萝岗区社区教育管理目前存在的问题以及面临的挑战。同时,根据发现存在的问题和面临的挑战,运用相关理论试着给出相应的政策建议,包括思想认识、政策体系、组织体制、运行机制、管理体制等几个方面。第四部分,介绍外国如欧洲、美国、日本等国家在社区教育管理方面的经验和现行的政策和管理模式,为我国社区教育管理提供借鉴和启示。第五部分,介绍国外社区教育管理先进经验。第六部分为结论部分,主要阐述论文中可能存在的不足以及未来的研究方向,并对全文进行总结。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China's various undertakings have made great progress, in which education has played a vital role. The prosperity and development of a country fundamentally depends on the quality of education development. A good educational foundation and educational environment is conducive to promoting the development of national undertakings, improving the level of national human resources, and maintaining national sustainable development. In recent years, with the development strategy of urbanization, urbanization has become the main driving force to promote the economic growth of our country, and it is also the inevitable trend of social and economic development. How to speed up the construction of cities and towns quickly and well has become the key issue of national attention at present. The development of urbanization can not be separated from the support of education. Therefore, vigorously developing community education, establishing a perfect education management system and solving the problems existing in community education management are also the inevitable requirements of urbanization development. Through the experience of community education management in various countries, we can clearly understand the important role of community education in the process of urbanization, and there is a great correlation between the two. This study takes the community education management in Luogang District of Guangzhou City as the research object, and analyzes the existing problems and challenges of community education management in Luogang District of Guangzhou in the process of new urbanization by using the sociological research methods such as literature method, case method, comparative method and so on, so as to put forward new ideas and constructive policy suggestions for the educational management in this area. This paper is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, including research background, research significance, research status, research ideas and research methods. The second part is an overview of community education management from the perspective of new urbanization, mainly from the definition of community education management concept, related development theory, related policies and other parts of the community education management research content. The third part, through the explanation of the present situation and practice of community education management in Luogang District, tries to put forward the existing problems and challenges of community education management in Luogang District. At the same time, according to the existing problems and challenges, this paper tries to give the corresponding policy suggestions by using the relevant theories, including ideological understanding, policy system, organizational system, operation mechanism, management system and so on. The fourth part introduces the experience of foreign countries such as Europe, the United States, Japan and other countries in community education management and the current policy and management model, which provides reference and enlightenment for community education management in China. The fifth part introduces the advanced experience of community education management in foreign countries. The sixth part is the conclusion part, which mainly expounds the possible shortcomings of the paper and the future research direction, and summarizes the full text.
