德国红绿联盟执政时期政党协商的做法与启示

【摘要】：在德国,红绿两党协商是一种新型协商形式。社民党和绿党通过订立两党协商的联盟协议,搭建协商平台,并在平等、民主和相对独立的协商原则指导下,实施互相妥协的政党协商策略,实现了两党间为期年的7年协商执政,并产生了系列协商成果。这一经验对于我们今天的政党协商建设具有重要的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In Germany, the Red and Green Party consultation is a new form of consultation. The Social Democratic Party and the Green Party set up a consultation platform through the signing of an alliance agreement for the two parties to negotiate, and are guided by the principles of equality, democracy and relative independence. The implementation of the policy of mutual compromise of political party consultation has realized the seven years of consultation between the two parties and has produced a series of negotiation results. This experience has important significance for reference to our party negotiation construction today.
