民盟政府与缅甸的政治发展

【摘要】：缅甸全国民主联盟在选举获胜以后,把缅甸的政治发展作为自己的优先日程:放弃自身坚持的修宪立场,实现政府权力的平稳交接,组建由各族群和各党派力量参加的联合政府,对议员进行素质和能力培训;努力突破既有的限制,艰难推进困扰缅甸多年的民族和解与和平进程;提出十多项经济政策,努力促进公共资源在各领域的公平分配;依法处置中缅关系中的棘手问题和突发危机,这些举措都有利于缅甸的政治发展。但由于受到2008年宪法的限制,民盟政府在推进缅甸政治发展方面也十分艰难,而且由于军队的一意孤行,缅甸的政治局势还呈现某种恶化的趋势。
[Abstract]:After winning the election, the Myanmar National League for Democracy made Myanmar's political development a priority: giving up its stand of constitutional amendment and achieving a smooth transfer of government power. Forming a coalition government with the participation of various ethnic groups and various political parties to train parliamentarians in quality and ability; strive to break through the existing restrictions and make efforts to advance the national reconciliation and peace process that has plagued Myanmar for many years; and put forward more than a dozen economic policies. Efforts to promote equitable distribution of public resources in all fields; and to deal with the thorny problems and sudden crises in Sino-Myanmar relations in accordance with the law, all of which are conducive to the political development of Myanmar... but due to the limitations of the Constitution of 2008, The NLD government is also struggling to advance Myanmar's political development, and the political situation in Myanmar is deteriorating as a result of the military's assertiveness.
