政治理性与国家认同生成的逻辑分析及启示——以新加坡国家意识形成为例

【摘要】：政治理性预示着主动、秩序和治理能力,以便能处理好政治共同体的诸多事务。政治理性有助于国民对政府信任的形成,这种信任可以转化为政治认同。新加坡的国家意识建立在政治认同之上,政治理性成为新加坡国家意识形成的最主要的原因。文章在梳理政治理性、政治认同和国家意识三者之间逻辑关系的基础上,阐述了政治理性对新加坡国家意识形成的作用,比如人性化的制度设计、没有特权、政府公开透明、政策执行借助策略和技巧和政府善治等;认为新加坡满足个人和集体利益需求所秉持的理念和智慧,为那些因为族群认同而烦恼的多族群国家建构提供了借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Political reason foreshadowes initiative, order and ability to govern in order to deal well with the affairs of political community.Political rationality is helpful to the formation of national trust in government, which can be transformed into political identity.Singapore's national consciousness is based on political identity, and political rationality is the main reason for the formation of Singapore's national consciousness.On the basis of combing the logical relationship among political rationality, political identity and national consciousness, the article expounds the role of political rationality in the formation of Singapore's national consciousness, such as humanized system design, no privilege, government openness and transparency.With the help of strategies and techniques and good governance, the policy implementation holds that Singapore's ideas and wisdom in meeting the needs of individual and collective interests provide a reference for the construction of a multi-ethnic nation that is troubled by ethnic identity.
