新加坡政府推进网络素养教育的措施及其特色

【摘要】：新加坡政府推进网络素养教育的措施,具有三大鲜明特色:一是"及时回应,绝不拖延",即,对开展网络素养教育的民间呼声,作出及时回应,而非不问不顾或敷衍了事;二是"科学决策,绝不草率",即,经由一整套详尽的调查、反馈和咨询等程序,作出合理科学的决策,而非盲目草率地推出措施;三是"合理定位,绝不独揽",即,政府对网络素养教育进行宏观层面的管理,微观层面则采取放权策略,将教材编写、教学任务等放手给专业人士和社会团体等承担,而非独自包揽一切。
[Abstract]:The measures of promoting network literacy education by the government of Singapore have three distinctive features: one is "timely response, no delay", that is, to respond to the folk voice of network literacy education in a timely manner rather than ignore or perfunctory; and the two is "scientific decision making, no haste", that is, through a complete set of detailed investigations, feedback and consultation. In order to make rational and scientific decision, instead of blindly introducing measures, three is "reasonable positioning, no solo". That is, the government manages the network literacy education at a macro level, and the micro level adopts the decentralization strategy, which will give the teaching materials and teaching tasks to the professionals and social groups, instead of taking everything alone.
