【摘要】：正荷兰国家警察归属安全与司法部管辖,现有63000名警员,警察和人口的比例达1:340,在世界各国警察与人口比排名中处于中等水平。荷兰警察拥有十分充足的经费保障,其平均年度预算高达50亿欧元以上。作为荷兰警察的教育和知识中心,荷兰警察学院承担着本国警察的招募、教育与培训等职责,在荷兰警察界具有十分重要的地位。一、学院概况荷兰警察学院成立于1992年,是一个全国性质的应用科学型学院,地位受到欧盟认可。其主要承担如下任务:一是确定荷兰警
