浅析阿富汗国家重建中的青年问题

【摘要】：青年曾经在阿富汗国家发展史中扮演过重要角色。塔利班垮台后,阿富汗的青年问题日益凸显,已经成为影响国家重建进程的主要障碍之一。青年问题主要表现为失学失业、吸毒贩毒和涉恐暴恐等方面。长年战乱、国家管理缺失和缺乏青年政治组织的正确引导是导致阿富汗青年问题产生的重要原因。青年问题严重影响着阿富汗的重建进程,还对地区安全构成了重大的威胁。鉴于阿富汗青年问题的复杂性,解决起来也困难重重。未来唯有阿富汗真正实现民族和解,建立有威信的中央政权,在国际社会帮助下恢复经济,阿富汗青年问题才能出现转机。
[Abstract]:Young people have played an important role in the history of Afghanistan's national development. After the collapse of Taliban, the problem of youth in Afghanistan has become increasingly prominent and has become one of the main obstacles to the process of reconstructing the country. The correct guidance of the political organization in the year is an important cause for the emergence of the Afghan youth problem. Youth issues seriously affect the process of reconstruction in Afghanistan and constitute a major threat to regional security. In view of the complexity of the Afghan youth problem, it is difficult to solve the problem. The prestige of the central government can restore the economy with the help of the international community.
