美国现代警务模式创新及其启示

【摘要】：从犯罪预防和治理的角度概括社区警务、问题导向警务、情报主导警务、第三方警务、"破窗"警务、杠杆警务、热点警务的基本要素,概括分析相关警务模式的特点,结合警务案例评估相关警务模式的实际效果。这些警务模式标志着美国传统警务的转型和现代警务的多元化。随着高科技犯罪的不断涌现,技术在警务创新中越来越重要。
[Abstract]:From the angle of crime prevention and management, this paper summarizes the basic elements of community policing, problem-oriented policing, intelligence-oriented policing, third-party policing, "broken window" policing, leverage policing, hot policing, and analyzes the characteristics of relevant policing models. Combined with police service cases to evaluate the actual results of the relevant policing model. These policing models symbolize the transformation of American traditional policing and the diversification of modern policing. With the continuous emergence of high-tech crime, technology is becoming more and more important in police innovation.
