巴西劳工党政府是如何治理国家的

【摘要】：巴西劳工党政府实施工农业并行、经济发展与生态保护同步的有质量增长的发展战略,推出"零饥饿计划"、"家庭救助金计划"等一系列减贫、扶贫措施,广泛开展反饥饿、反贫困和反失业运动,注重通过社会民主协商和广泛参与,弥补政府与市场的不足,从而建立健全以社会发展为核心,经济增长、社会公平和民主治理协调统一的国家治理模式。中国应借鉴其有益经验,从广大人民群众根本利益出发,切实解决公共资源和利益分配不公、人民民主参与和社会参与不足等问题,努力实现社会公平正义,筑牢国家治理体系基础。
[Abstract]:The Brazilian Labor Party government has implemented a qualitatively growing development strategy in parallel with industry and agriculture, economic development and ecological protection. It has launched a series of poverty reduction and poverty alleviation measures such as the Zero Hunger Program and the Family Allowance Program, so as to carry out extensive anti-hunger measures. The anti-poverty and anti-unemployment campaign has focused on making up for the deficiencies of the government and the market through democratic consultations and broad participation in society, so as to establish and improve economic growth with social development at the core. Social equity and democratic governance coordinated and unified national governance model. China should draw lessons from its beneficial experience, proceed from the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people, earnestly solve the problems of unfair distribution of public resources and interests, people's democratic participation and insufficient social participation, and strive to realize social equity and justice. Build a solid foundation of national governance system.
