永嘉县楠溪江流域古村落保护对策研究

【摘要】：永嘉县楠溪江流域分布着众多历史悠久的古村落,它们至今仍保存着大量丰富的古代文化印迹、古建筑文物,这些珍贵的历史文物,为后人研究和了解楠溪江流域“耕读文化”与“宗族文化”留下了宝贵的历史财富。然而,随着社会经济建设的推进和发展,古村落保护与现代化建设之间的矛盾日益凸显,如何科学协调好社会现代化建设与古村落保护之间的关系,已成为实现永嘉县社会经济可持续发展的一项迫切课题。本文运用文献资料查询与实地调研相结合的方法,对永嘉县楠溪江流域古村落及其保护现状进行了广泛调研,并深入分析了永嘉县楠溪江流域社会现代化建设中古村落保护存在的问题及其原因,从而提出了永嘉县楠溪江流域古村落开发与保护的对策建议。研究表明:永嘉县楠溪江流域古村落保护整体上不错,特别是对一些重点村落保护取得了实效,但在社会现代化建设与古村落保护之间依旧存在问题,主要包括:古村落整体景观不协调,部分古建筑破坏严重;一些古村旅游开发过度,旅游点商业氛围太浓;非物质文化遗产没能受到足够的重视和保护。为此研究提出了永嘉县楠溪江古村落保护开发的几点建议:一是加紧编制并实施古村落保护规划;二是以“环境治理”为根本,着力改善提升古村生态环境;三是以“传承文化”为重点,加强古村落保护。
[Abstract]:Yongjia County, Nanxi River Valley is dotted with numerous historic villages, they still have a lot of rich ancient culture and cultural relics of ancient buildings, these precious historical relics, for future generations to study and understand the Nanxi River basin "farming culture" and "clan culture" left a valuable historical wealth. However, with the advance and the social and economic construction and development of ancient villages, the contradiction between protection and modernization has become increasingly prominent, how to coordinate the social science and the modernization of the relationship between protection of ancient villages, has become an urgent task to realize the sustainable development of social economy of Yongjia county. This paper uses the method of literature search and field research combining, the village of Yongjia Nanxi River County Valley Falls and conservation conducted extensive research and in-depth analysis of the ancient village of Yongjia County of Nanxi River basin social modernization Fall protection problems and their causes, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of ancient village Yongjia County Nanxi River river falls on the development and protection of Yongjia county. The study shows that Nanxi River basin protection of ancient villages is good, especially for some key village protection and achieved results, but in the social modernization and the protection of ancient villages still exist between the problem. Mainly includes: the ancient village landscape is not harmonious, some ancient buildings seriously damaged; some village tourism development over the tourism business atmosphere is too strong; the intangible cultural heritage can not receive enough attention and protection. This paper proposes some suggestions to protect the development of the ancient village of Yongjia County in Nanxi River: one is stepping up the preparation and implementation the ancient village protection planning; two is to "environmental governance" as the fundamental, to enhance efforts to improve the village ecological environment; three is the "cultural heritage" as the focus, strengthen the protection of ancient villages Support.
