《羊年契约文书》及其成书年代考

【摘要】：《羊年契约文书》是黑城出土的14世纪蒙古文文书。该文书第一行写有"羊儿年正月初五"。据其内容,应该是一件民间交往的契约文书。因此,可将这份文书暂定名为《羊年契约文书》。中国古代一般用"天干地支"纪年法,60年一循环,但《羊年契约文书》只记地支,未写明其天干,所以,仅依据地支纪年来确定此文书写成的具体年代有一定的难度。根据《羊年契约文书》的内容以及与其相关的汉文文书互相对比,结合文书中出现的个别专用名词,比如司属衙门的名称等,与有详细纪年的文书相比较,结合天干地支纪年法,可以推断该契约文书书写的具体年代。
[Abstract]:The contract document of the year of the Sheep is a Mongolian document unearthed in Black City in the 14 th century. The first line of the instrument reads "the fifth day of the first month of the year". According to its content, it should be a folk communication contract document. Therefore, this instrument can be tentatively named as the year of the Sheep contract instrument. In ancient China, the chronological method of "Tianqian and Earth-branch" was generally used, 60 years of circulation, but the contract document of the year of the Sheep only recorded the earth branch, did not clearly describe its days, so it is difficult to determine the specific time of this document only according to the year of the earth supporting chronology. According to the contents of the contract document for the year of the Sheep and the relevant documents in Chinese, and in combination with the individual nouns appearing in the document, such as the name of the Department of Yamen, and so on, it is compared with the document with a detailed chronology. Combining with the method of supporting chronology, we can infer the specific time of writing the contract document.
