基于精明收缩的桃坪羌寨传统村落保护研究

【摘要】：随着新型城镇化进程的不断加快,传统村落的发展日渐被社会所关注。在经济快速发展的基础上,传统村落有了好的发展条件,但是城乡经济发展存在巨大差异,导致不少农村居民选择外出务工,造成了村落空心化的局面。另一方面,随着乡村休闲观光旅游的不断发展,吸引了一批商业投资者入驻(如:旅游开发包装、餐饮投资、工艺品销售等),将传统村落完全变为了一个商业空间和游憩空间。这种开发模式严重影响了居民的生活方式,造成传统文化原真性缺失。笔者通过桃坪羌寨的保护与更新研究,在村落的收缩趋势下(人口减少,土地有序整理,空间品质提升)试图运用精明收缩理论对桃坪羌寨进行文化与空间进行重构,构建一个“活态”的传统村落,有重要的现实与理论意义。论文将桃坪羌寨作为实证研究对象,以桃坪村2012-2014年的调研数据为基础,将“精明收缩”理论实践应用到桃坪羌寨传统村落保护方法上,建立起基于“精明收缩”理论的保护模式。即在文献研究、实地调研和综合评价分析的基础上,通过构建精明收缩模式、文化保护、环境质量和设施质量四个维度的保护与更新方法对研究区进行文化重构。研究结果表明:(1)桃坪羌寨出现人口减少、土地利用方式粗放、部分居住建筑闲置、设施配置缺乏等问题,呈现出可预见型收缩趋势。(2)研究区在村落收缩模式与趋势、村落遗产保护、村落自然资源保护与环境质量和设施质量四个维度的综合评价值为0.66、0.51、0.68、0.74,其中村落收缩模式与趋势和村落遗产保护两个方面呈现出较低分数,表明研究区在这两个方面出现了较大问题。(3)依据城乡规划原理,研究区的保护应顺应人口收缩,优先从土地的精明利用、区域文化生态系统的保护与生活场景再现、人居环境的提升、功能多元化等方面进行精明提升。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating process of new urbanization, the development of traditional villages has been paid more and more attention by the society. On the basis of rapid economic development, traditional villages have good conditions for development, but there are huge differences between urban and rural economic development, leading to many rural residents choose to go out to work, resulting in the situation of village emptiness. On the other hand, with the continuous development of rural leisure tourism, it attracts a number of commercial investors (for example, tourism development and packaging, food and beverage investment, crafts sales, etc.), The traditional village is completely transformed into a commercial space and recreation space. This mode of development has seriously affected the way of life of the residents, resulting in the absence of the original nature of traditional culture. Through the protection and renewal of Taoping Qiangzhai, the author tries to reconstruct the culture and space of Taoping Qiangzhai by using shrewd contraction theory under the trend of village contraction (population reduction, land orderly arrangement, space quality improvement). It is of great realistic and theoretical significance to construct a traditional village of "living state". This paper takes Taoping Qiangzhai as an empirical research object and applies "shrewd contraction" theory to the traditional village protection method of Taoping Qiangzhai, based on the investigation data of Taoping Qiang village from 2012 to 2014. A protective model based on the theory of shrewd contraction was established. That is, on the basis of literature research, field investigation and comprehensive evaluation and analysis, the cultural reconstruction of the research area is carried out by constructing four dimensions of shrewd contraction mode, cultural protection, environmental quality and facility quality. The results show that: (1) there are problems such as population reduction, extensive land use, idle residential buildings, lack of facilities and so on in Taoping Qiangzhai. (2) the comprehensive evaluation values of the four dimensions of village contraction mode and trend, village heritage protection, village natural resources protection and environmental quality and facility quality are 0.66U 0.51 / 0.680.74, respectively. The model and trend of village contraction and the protection of village heritage show lower scores, indicating that there are some problems in these two aspects. (3) according to the principle of urban and rural planning, the protection of research area should conform to the population contraction. Priority should be given to the shrewd use of land, the protection of regional cultural ecosystems and the reproduction of life scenes, the promotion of human settlements, the diversification of functions, and so on.
