埋藏环境下角银腐蚀过程研究

【摘要】:正一些墓葬或遗址出土的银器具有暗沉的灰褐色表面,称为角银。在特殊埋藏环境下,银质文物主要的腐蚀产物可能为氯化银(AgCl)。AgCl会形成脆而细小的颗粒层,使文物变脆。在一定条件下(潮湿、富氯),文物可能完全转变为氯化银腐蚀产物。但是对角银的腐蚀过程还少有研究。为了研究埋藏环境下角银腐蚀产物和腐蚀机制,利用SEM、EDS等方法对8件角银器金属芯部及腐蚀层进行了检测分析。检测分析表明,角银腐蚀系统包含双层:致密的内层及多孔的外层。腐蚀产物主要为AgCl。一些器物在金属芯部及腐蚀层内层含有铜夹杂物。一些高矿化器物的腐蚀层内层含有其他富氧相(含Si和Ca)。在
[Abstract]:Silver unearthed from some tombs or sites has a dark grayish-brown surface called silver horn. Under the special burial environment, the main corrosion product of silver cultural relics may be silver chloride (AgCl). AgCl, which may form brittle and fine granular layer, which makes the cultural relics brittle. Under certain conditions (wet, chlorine rich), cultural relics may be completely transformed into corrosion products of silver chloride. However, the corrosion process of diagonal silver is seldom studied. In order to study the corrosion products and corrosion mechanism of corner silver in buried environment, eight corner silver metal cores and corrosion layers were detected and analyzed by means of SEM,EDS and other methods. Detection and analysis show that the angle-silver corrosion system consists of a double layer: a dense inner layer and a porous outer layer. Corrosion products are mainly AgCl. Some objects contain copper inclusions in the metal core and the inner layer of the corrosion layer.
