钧官瓷断代和不同时期刘家门窑钧瓷的研究

【摘要】: 钧瓷是宋代“五大名瓷”之一,为了研究其艺术价值和历史文化背景等,许多考古工作者对钧瓷进行了多年的考古研究,但钧瓷系窑口众多,发掘出来保存较为完整的钧瓷窑口很少。刘家门窑钧瓷是发掘地层较为分明、历史跨度比较长的窑口,自2001年发掘以来未曾有人对其进行过深入分析研究。本论文选用了2004年发掘的禹州钧台窑钧官瓷和刘家门窑五期样品作为研究对象,用质子激发X射线荧光分析(PIXE)技术测定了其化学组成含量,通过多元统计分析结果考察刘家门窑各期的相互关系及它们与钧官瓷的关系;用X射线衍射(XRD)进行物相分析,判断各个典型样品成形后胎体所含物质;根据样品胎体物理性能测试,观测各期样品的胎体致密度;最后通过扫描电镜观察钧官瓷和刘家门窑典型时期样品的胎、釉及二者交汇的中间层微观结构,了解它们之间的区别与相似之处。以上工作的目的主要有两个: 第一,通过以上实验分析,从宏观到微观深入观察刘家门窑各期钧瓷之间的关系,探究刘家门窑各期的烧制工艺。 第二,通过和钧官瓷的对比分析,试图发现刘家门窑各期和钧官瓷之间的相似程度,探索钧官瓷烧制年代之谜。 实验分析结果表明: 1)刘家门窑各期之间相互关系紧密,很难完全区分开来。依此推测,刘家门窑各期从原料来源和烧制工艺上一脉相承。 2)刘家门窑三期前钧瓷从化学组成的因子分析、判别分析和物理性能的吸水率及空隙率同钧官瓷相比较,该期与钧官瓷更为接近。因此,推测钧官瓷和刘家门窑三期前甚为相似。
[Abstract]:The porcelain is one of the "five famous porcelain" of the Song Dynasty. In order to study the artistic value and the historical background of its history, many workers have carried out many years of archaeological research on the porcelain and porcelain, but the porcelain-based kiln has a large number of kiln openings, and it has been excavated to preserve the more complete porcelain kiln mouth. Liu's kiln-based porcelain is a well-defined and long-span kiln, and has not been thoroughly studied since the excavation in 2001. In this paper, the five-phase samples of Yuzhou-Juntai kiln-based porcelain and Liu's gate kiln, which were excavated in 2004, were selected as the object of the study, and the chemical composition content was determined by the proton-excited X-ray fluorescence analysis (PIXE) technique. Based on the results of the multivariate statistical analysis, the relationship of each stage of the Liujia gate kiln and their relationship with the Jun porcelain were studied. The phase analysis was carried out by X-ray diffraction (XRD) to determine the material contained in the matrix after the typical samples were formed, and the physical properties of the samples were tested according to the physical properties of the samples. The density of the matrix of each sample was observed, and the microstructure of the intermediate layer of the sample in the typical period of the porcelain and the Liujia gate was observed by the scanning electron microscope, and the difference and the similarity between them were found. The purpose of the above work is mainly as follows: First, through the above experimental analysis, the relationship between the various kinds of porcelain and porcelain in the Liujia door kiln is observed from the macroscopic to the micro-depth, and the burning of each stage of the Liujia door kiln is explored. The second, through the contrast analysis of the Jun porcelain, try to find the degree of similarity between each stage of Liu's door kiln and the Jun's porcelain, and explore the Jun. The enigma of the porcelain firing.
