【摘要】：《制度评价论》在坚持马克思主义的世界观、价值观和方法论的基础上,对制度评价理论和实践既进行了总结和分析,也进行归纳和创新,视角新颖,观点具有前瞻性。本文结合当今全面深化改革的时代背景,对《制度评价论》的主要内容进行客观评述,在此基础上强调制度评价的重要性,并提出制度评价是制度生命力的保障。
[Abstract]:On the basis of adhering to the world outlook, values and methodology of Marx, institutional evaluation theory has summarized and analyzed the theory and practice of institutional evaluation, and has also been summarized and innovating. The perspective is new and the outlook is forward-looking. Based on the background of today's comprehensive deepening reform, this paper makes an objective comment on the main contents of the theory of institutional evaluation. On this basis, we emphasize the importance of institutional evaluation, and propose that institutional evaluation is the guarantee for the vitality of the system.
